Test Plans

The test plan is the heart and soul of your test activity. The test plan will detail all of the testing that will be undertaken, all of the equipment, resource requirements, timing, deliverables and details of coverage.

It should also detail all of the responsibilities including those of others who need to deliver into the test team(s). It could contain full GANTT charts, details of how bugs will be reported and how the builds will be structured and regression tested.
