Accounts
QaTraq Professional on demand is charged on a per user per month basis. The
free trial provides you
with one user account.
If at any time during
the trial you decide
you need to add more
users to your On-Demand
service just contact
us and we will upgrade
your account
straight away.
100Mb
Disk Space
When
you sign up for QaTraq on Demand each user gets
100Mb of disk space (shared across all users in
your On-Demand instance). So if you sign up a team
of 10 users for your
QaTraq Professional On-Demand service your team
will get a total of 1Gb of disk space to use.
Additional Disk Space
You can increase the amount disk space available
within your QaTraq On-Demand service at any
time by contacting us. We'll warn you when
you start
to approach your disk space limits but we will
be happy to increase the amount of storage
space available at any time. Additional
disk space is charged at $10 per month per
100Mb.
Attachments
When you chose the full QaTraq Professional On-Demand service we provide
you with the ability to upload any attachments you need to your
QaTraq installation. This provides you with the ideal tool to manage
all of your Test Artifacts. If you only sign up for the 30 day free
trial you can contact us at any time to upgrade and enable uploading
of attachments.
Import / Export
When you chose the full QaTraq Professional On-Demand service we will also provide
you with the ability to import and export test cases in both Excel and XML
format.
SSL Security
 SSL
provides a secure socket layer between your computers and our servers.
So, with the full On-Demand service your data is safely
encrypted and protected from 3'rd parties. We use encryption certificates
from Thawte (www.thawte.com), one of the  leading certification authorities.
Support
During the 30 day free trial we are happy to provide you
with our provisional support offering. We will answer
and resolve any support questions you might have. However, priority is
given to our full On-Demand customers.
For our full On-Demand service we
provide a basic same day support service where we are happy to answer
any QaTraq Professional related questions or queries you might have.
We can also provide a priority support service where needed. Please contact
us for more information about our Priority Support service.
30 Day Free Trial
Even if you sign up straight away for the full On-Demand service you
will be given a 30 day free trial. Signing up for the full services
allows you to make use of the full range of QaTraq features and services
right from day one.

How
does the On-Demand trial work?
Sign
up for the full $25 Per User On-demand service and you will still get 30 days free trial.
If
you
cancel
the On-Demand plan within 30 days of signing
up you won't be charged a thing. If you choose
to cancel your account in the future you
will not be charged again. You will however
be responsible for charges already incurred
up until your cancellation. Refunds can not
be issued
after your initial 30 day trial and we don't
prorate for partial months. If you do need
to cancel just contact us or login to your
QaTraq instance and select the "about" page
where you can select the cancel subscription
option.....it is that simple!
Can
I Upgrade from the On-Demand 30-day free trial?
When you sign up for the 30 day free trial
you can upgrade at any point to the full On-Demand
service. If you upgrade from a free account
to the full On-Demand $25 per user service,
you will need to pay the first months subscription
immediately. The 30-day free trial on the full
On-Demand service only applies if you sign
up for the full service from the start.
How
do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your On-Demand instance
of QaTraq and selecting the "About" page.
Once you are on the About page, click the "Subscription" link and then cancel your subscription. Our subscription service is run by
PayPal which means you remain in control at all times!
Are
your prices fixed per user per month?
When you sign up for the full On-Demand pay service we charge you for each
user for each month of use in advance. As this is a pay-as-you-go service,
there are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you require
additional storage spaced we will charge you $10 for
each additional 100Mb per month. As we charge at the start of the month for
your service, if you
cancel in that month you'll be charged for the full month, but you won't
be charged again.
What
types of payment do you accept?
Our service subscriptions are managed by PayPal, one of the leading online merchants.
Currently, via PayPal, we accept Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express. At this time we only
accept payments online for our On-Demand services
so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice
you, or take an order over the phone.
What if I want to change to On-Site?
If you start out with our On-Demand service and then decide
that you would like to host your own
instance of QaTraq Professional then we provide
a one off Installation Support and Data Migration
service. For a fixed price of $299 we provide full installation support to get QaTraq
Professional running and to migrate all your data from our servers
to
your servers.
