Default Role Description :   The tester is primarily responsible for the execution of the Test Scripts created by the Test Analyst and for the interpretation and documentation of the results of the Test Cases. During execution, the Tester is also responsible for filling in the Test Result Records to document the observed result. The tester is responsible for the set up and initialisation of the test environment, prior to testing.

 Description
   Test Analyst  The Test Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of one or more Test Scripts (and their associated test cases), which will be used to accomplish the testing of the Application. The Test Analyst may also be called upon to assist the Test Team Leader in the generation of the Test Plan documents. During the design of the Test Cases, the Test Analyst will need to analyse the Requirement Spec for the application to identify specific requirements that must be tested.
